Dr. Ward Andrus is the executive director of Educational Innovation and Career Development for the Placer County Office of Education in California. Formerly, he was a principal, and vice principal at middle, high and continuation schools. Dr. Andrus earned his master's degree in educational administration from California State University, Sacramento and his doctorate of education in organizational leadership from the University of La Verne.
