Online Learning Policy and Practice Survey: A Survey of the States

When it comes to online learning, Florida is no. 1, followed by Michigan. How do we know? In 2008, The Center for Digital Education asked state education officials about their vision, policies, programs and strategies about online learning, and reported how well (or poorly) states have transformed to meet students’ needs. We also learned how most states fund their online programs, and that the area of online learning that receives the most attention is joint higher education ventures.
