The foundation supports museums and other arts and cultural organizations and programs; educational programs and institutions, including institutions of higher education and elementary/secondary educational programs and institutions; programs, organizations and projects benefiting the environment, including research and education programs and those focused on animals, wildlife and natural resources; health, and human services, including projects/organizations focused on the developmentally disabled, children and youth, and economically disadvantaged people, and those providing health care services and serving the homeless; programs and organizations providing nutrition to those in need; and other human services. The foundation is also particularly interested in funding medical research and providing care for childhood diseases; and preserving and educating about the natural environment. Support is provided for capital campaigns and ongoing support, endowments, general operating support, and program development.
