Do you know your total overall cost of printing? No? Well, you’re not alone. The Center for Digital Education recently completed a national survey to access print and imaging environments of Converge readers from K-12 and Higher Education organizations. Based on the responses, it is evident that education institutions are actively seeking cost-savings and efficiencies within their IT environment. However, 87 percent of K-12 respondents and 80 percent of Higher Education respondents indicated that they do not fully know what they are spending on printing. Additionally, results indicate that the respondents are challenged by their environment and feel that their current infrastructure is not meeting their needs. This webinar takes an in-depth look at the full findings of the survey and its implications.
