Margarita Cohen, Sales Director, GovEd Western Division, Ingram Micro
Margarita Cohen is the Western Sales Director for the GovEd division at Ingram Micro. She has responsibility for the sales organization that provides service to customers within the GovEd division in the 33 western and central states. She was promoted to the position in April 2007. Prior to this position, Cohen generated outstanding business results in her previous role as Senior Business Development Manager within the GovEd division as well as worked on special Public Sector projects. She joined Ingram Micro in 2000. Cohen attended University of Arizona University and is based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Santa Ana, CA.

John Halpin, Vice President, SLED Strategic Programs, Center for Digital Education
John Halpin serves as the Vice President, SLED Strategic Programs for the Center for Digital Education. He has worked in the Public Sector information technology market for over 25 years.
Halpin has contributed to industry and professional publications as a writer and speaker. He has written for various outlets, including the national Business Journal Group, the McClatchy Newspapers chain and various corporate industry publications. He has spoken on public sector technology issues before ACUTA, DELC, Washington State Leadership Council, Ohio State Education Association, California League of Rural Counties and others.
