After months of careful consideration and analysis, a panel of national judges has determined the winners of the 2007 Best of Web and Digital Education Achievement Awards. Winners will be acknowledged at the 11th Anniversary Awards Gala in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sept. 21, 2007.

"Once again, this year's entries showed remarkable innovation." said Marina Leight, vice president of education for the Center for Digital Education. "The K-12 Web sites continue to improve communication and expand access to learning resources for the students, parents and teachers that they serve."

On progress in the higher education area Leight added, "There are few environments that are more demanding of progressive technology use than in our nation's colleges and universities. Amazingly, higher education institutions deliver year after year in amazing ways! This year's winners are exceptional examples of the incredible potential and promise of education technology."
